a.k.e isn’t responsible for packages that arrive late. we work diligently to get your order shipped out as soon as possible upon receiving the order. however, please note that once your order leaves our shop we are unable to control possible delays due to inclement weather, etc.
once you have placed your order you will be emailed a tracking number that you can use to track your package.
we offer refunds or exchanges for all unused, undamaged merchandise with the original packaging.
used or damaged merchandise will not be refunded at any time.
you have 30 days from your order date to request a return.
returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.
refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
